One Voice: Many Visions, presented by the Indian American Artists Association, brings together creators whose work explores heritage, identity, and the connections that bridge cultures. Visitors will encounter paintings rich with the hues and textures of India and mixed-media works inspired by ancient scriptures, contemporary life, or the space where the two meet. Some pieces honor cultural roots, while others push boldly into modern expression.
Participants will begin with a guided meditation exercise to create individual symbols that express personal meaning. Afterward, they’ll learn techniques for incorporating those symbols into a Mandala Grid composition.
Designed for ages 6–10, this creative program begins with a visit to the One Voice: Many Visions exhibition. Kids will explore the artworks on display and then create their own original piece inspired by the exhibit.
