Complete Rental Policies and Procedures (PDF) for Town of Danville facilities.
All users must provide Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage naming the Town of Danville as Additionally Insured. For SRVUSD sites, a minimum of $2,000,000 is required.*
Lights are an additional charge and will be billed by the hour.*
Any additional time used beyond scheduled time, will be billed to organization or rental party.*
All cancellations must be given at least two weeks prior to schedule date unless fields are closed due to weather.*
All requests must be submitted and paid for, no later than 2 weeks prior to date of use.*
No inflatable structures, dunking booths, petting zoos, or barbecues allowed in parks.*
No driving vehicles on pathways or in any park area.*
Parking allowed in designated areas only and all vehicles must be contained within the parking stall used.*
Fields may be closed due to weather. To confirm field status, renter must call the Sports Field information line at 314-3484.*
Groups requesting field use are responsible for the safety of the people participating in their activity.*
The start time for field use is 8 a.m. Set up/Warm up prior to 8 a.m. is not permitted.*
All outside cooking devices (taco cart, barbeques, hot plates, etc.) are prohibited in all Town maintained parks. Cooking is restricted to the park barbeques only. (DMC 13-2.1)*
ALL ALCOHOL is prohibited in all Town maintained parks with the exception of beer and wine. Individuals twenty-one (21) years and over may consume beer and wine in parks providing it is consumed in conjunction with picnicking activities. Park users may not gather in picnic or other areas for the sole purpose of consuming beer and wine. (DMC 13-2.3)*
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in all Town maintained parks. (DMC 13-2.3) ________*
It is prohibited to paste, tack, glue or post any sign, placard, advertisement or inscription, or to erect any sign in the park.*
Selling, vending, or peddling items is prohibited. (DMC 13-2.3)*
Use of amplification equipment is prohibited.*
The use of generators is prohibited*
Requests for exceptions to the policy must be submitted in writing no less than ten (10) business days prior to the rental date and receive written approval from the Parks and Community Services Director, or designee.*

Reservations & Payment

Reservations will not be confirmed over the phone.

Reservations are confirmed after full payment has been made and you have received a reservation confirmation.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments can be made by phone at 925-314-3405 and are subject to a nominal credit card processing fee.
