Commencing with Fiscal Year 2026/27, the maximum assessment rates in the tables below will be adjusted each fiscal year by the annual change in the Consumer Price Index (All Urban Consumers for San Francisco-Oakland - Hayward, CA), not to exceed 3% per year, to keep up with any future increases in maintenance and utility costs. For a detailed description of how the LLAD No. 2025-1 maximum annual assessments are calculated, please refer to the Engineer’s Report on file with the City Clerk.

If formation of LLAD No. 2025-1 is approved by property owners, the total assessment revenue for Fiscal Year 2025/26 is estimated to be $4,470,225. The LLAD No. 2025-1 assessments will be levied by the Town beginning July 1, 2025, with the first installment due in December 2025 that will be paid at the same time and in the same manner as the other items on your property tax bill.
