Spring 2025 Information
Thank you for your interest in our Adult Softball League! The Town of Danville offers recreational adult softball league for the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons. This information sheet includes details for the 2025 Spring season.

Additional Information
- All games are played on the synthetic turf fields at Sycamore Valley Park.
- Game times are typically scheduled for 6:30 p.m., 7:40 p.m., and 8:50 p.m.
- 8 weeks of regular season play; plus 1 week of playoffs for top qualifying teams.
- Registration is required to hold a spot, 6 spots per night, after registration opens there is no seniority applied to teams. The first 6 teams requesting preferred night will receive their spot.

The following items are required for Team registration. To reserve a spot in the league:
- Team Registration Information Sheet with Manager’s signature
- Please make sure to check your preference days a first and second choice will be mandatory.
- Completed Roster with player information.
- Full addresses need to be filled out.
- Full payment – Due on day of Registration
- If you are submitting online, the credit card field of the application will need to be filled out.
Rosters can be submitted in one of the following methods:
- In person at Veterans Memorial Building (aka Senior Center): 115 E. Prospect Ave. Danville
- Email: lokeefe@danville.ca.gov
- Credit card field MUST be filled out to submit via email
Fees
The cost to participant in the league is $550 per team, plus $10 per non-resident player. Teams will only be charged for up to 8 players, so the max any team will pay is $630. For example, if you have a team of 12 with 2 of those players living outside of the Incorporated-Danville boundaries, your total team league fee will be $570 ($550 + $10 +$10). Please be advised that an additional fee will be charged for any non-resident additions to the roster after submission.
Non-resident fees are waived for teams sponsored by an Incorporated-Danville business. The league fees must be paid with a company check.
Residency Status Clarification
To qualify as an all-resident team, all players on the roster must live within the Incorporated-Town of Danville boundaries. If you live in the 94506-zip code, please confirm your residency status at www.danvillepioneer.org.
