Unless otherwise stated, requested withdrawals will be approved upon submitting this request at least seven business days prior to the first day of class. Withdrawals requested within the seven business days of the start date of the activity are not guaranteed refunds or credits. They will be processed and evaluated on a case by case basis.

A $20 administrative fee will be charged for processing refunds by check only.
A $5 per activity administration fee will be assessed when processing refunds back to credit cards.
Credit Card Processing Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
