  2. Thank you for your interest in the Merchant at the Market Program. Please complete the information below, and review the operating requirements carefully. After you submit your request, Town of Danville staff will respond within 2 business days. You can also email business@danville.ca.gov with any questions.
  3. Do you have a physical business location in Danville, or is your home-based business located in Danville?*
  4. Do you have a current business license issued by the Town of Danville?*

    This program is open to Danville-based businesses with a current Town of Danville business license.

  5. Do you plan on using the Merchant at the Market booth to sell products?*
  6. Businesses participating in the Merchant at the Market Program must set up their booth no later than 8:30 a.m. on their selected Saturday, and must stay through the end of the market at 1 p.m. Please confirm that once you have a mutually agreed-upon date, you will comply with this timing.
  7. Businesses participating in the Merchant at the Market Program must comply with the Merchant at the Market Operating Agreement. Please confirm that you have read and agree to the Agreement, here.*
