Join us as we kick off the Downtown Master Plan Catalyst Project! Tuesday, March 26, we'll gather at 11 a.m. at Prospect Park Plaza — this corner of Hartz & Prospect has been a community gathering spot for more than 100 years, since the San Ramon Valley Bank began serving the community in 1907. The Catalyst Project includes improvements to the existing plaza near Starbucks, as well as safety-related projects at five intersections along Hartz Avenue and enhancements near the Village Theatre.
