Suspects booked into Martinez Detention Facility
On Saturday, January 8, at approximately 5:48 p.m. Danville Police responded to a report of a theft of a purse at Costco, 3150 Fostoria Way in Danville. The victim provided a description of an individual and the license plate of a white Infiniti used by the suspect to flee the area. The victim was not injured but was experiencing pain in her hand from attempting to hold on to her purse containing a wallet, credit cards, and other personal items. The victim was able to put a freeze on all her credit cards.
While Danville officers were on scene with the victim, she received a fraud alert that her cards were being used at Nordstrom in Walnut Creek.
