[ARCHIVED] Sponsors Sought for Hearts Around Hartz

Be at the Heart of Art
Sponsorships sought for Hearts Around Hartz

The Town of Danville is seeking sponsors for its second annual public art exhibit, Hearts Around Hartz. This public art exhibit presents an opportunity to promote the arts. The goal of this program is to create a temporary outdoor public art exhibit displaying beautifully designed heart sculptures on and around Hartz Avenue. The exhibit is currently on display and will stay up until the middle of October.

The Town is asking for a sponsorship of $1,000 per heart. Each sponsor will receive the following benefits:

•    A custom placard on base of a heart to include name of sponsor, logo and QR code to sponsor’s business or website

•    Logo included on postcard and Town website

•    Photo shoot with sponsored heart

•    Town will tag in social media when sponsored heart is pictured

At the end of the exhibition, 16 of the heart sculptures will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Proceeds from 15 of the hearts will go to a public art fund so that the Town can coordinate future public art experiences. Proceeds from one of the hearts will be donated to the American Heart Association. One heart sculpture will be retained by the Town for future use and enjoyment.

For those interested in sponsoring a heart in the Hearts Around Hartz exhibit, visit www.danville.ca.gov/heartsaroundhartz and download the application form. The form and check should be submitted to:
