[ARCHIVED] Come Celebrate 10 Years with the Village Theatre Art Gallery

Celebrating 10 Years of Art

Village Theatre Art Gallery 10th Anniversary

This month, the Town of Danville commemorates a decade of cultural excellence as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Village Theatre Art Gallery.  In November of 2009, the Town opened the doors to the newly renovated Art Gallery in the lobby of the Village Theatre, ushering in ten years of thought provoking and aesthetically pleasing exhibits.

The community is invited to come to the Village Theatre Art Gallery on Thursday, November 14, 2019 for an evening of celebration and reflection. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to view flyers from the more than 60 exhibits that the Art Gallery has housed throughout the years, as well as view the current exhibit, The Affordable Art Show, where all pieces are $199 and under.

The celebration is set for November 14, 2019, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Village Theatre Art Gallery, 233 Front Street.

As part of the 10-year Anniversary Celebration, and to partner with the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Thursday Night Out, the Village Theatre Art Gallery will stay open until 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays (barring Thanksgiving) through December 12, 2019.
