Traffic Advisory

Downtown roads will close Sunday, September 22, 2019 for the annual Danville d’Elegance event.

The event, which showcases exotic and fine performance cars, takes place each year in the downtown area. Car enthusiasts will begin parking along the route early in the day and the d’Elegance event runs from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Road closures are scheduled from 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.  Hartz Avenue will be closed from Diablo Road to School Street, along with the side streets of Prospect Avenue and Church Street.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution as there will be heavier than usual pedestrian traffic.
