Programs give kids ages 10–14 a chance to socialize, play, and unwind in a safe space
This fall, Danville teens and tweens will have two fun ways to take a break and socialize. The Town’s popular Teen Night Out and Teen Day Out programs return with a lineup of games, activities, food, and connection. These events are designed just for those ages 10 to 14 and offer a safe, supervised space for teens to hang out, play, and make memories with friends.
Teen Night Out gives kids a place to unwind on select Friday nights at the Teen Center at Los Cerros Middle School. From 5:30 to 8 p.m., attendees can enjoy games, pizza, and low-key hangouts. Whether your teen is looking to make new friends or just kick back with their crew, it’s the perfect Friday night plan.

Teen Day Out is the answer for those school holidays when parents still have work and the kids need something to do.. These full-day programs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. are filled with seasonal crafts, themed activities, and active games. It’s a great way for teens to stay busy and engaged on their day off.

Both programs take place at the Teen Center at Los Cerros Middle School and are staffed by trained recreation professionals who create a welcoming and safe environment for all participants. This program welcomes all middle school-aged teens who live or go to school in Danville, whether they attend Los Cerros, another local school, or learn at home.
