Town of Danville Published Housing Element Update DRAFT Environmental Impact Report for Public Comment

The Town of Danville is requesting comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Town’s Housing Element Update (2023-2031). The Draft EIR is available for public review beginning on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, and ending Monday, October 28, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. The Draft EIR discusses the Housing Element Updates’ potential physical impacts on the environment, ways in which potential environmental impacts may be minimized (mitigation), and alternatives to the Project.
Subsequent to the public comment period, a public hearing will be scheduled before the Planning Commission on September 27, 2022, at 5 p.m. A copy of the Draft EIR is available at the following locations:
