Commission Volunteers Sought
Town recruiting for several commission positions
 
The Town of Danville is looking for residents interested in serving on one of several commissions seeking new volunteers. City Clerk Marie Sunseri said the following openings are available to Danville residents for terms beginning January 1, 2023.
Poet Laureate – 1 youth position (2-yr term)
Heritage Resource Commission – 4 members (4-year terms)
Planning Commission – 4 members (2 and 4-year terms)
Design Review Board – 3 members (4-year terms)
 
Applications are available on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov/Commission-Recruitment.  The deadline to file an application is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2022.  Applicants have the options to interview with the Town Council on November 9 or 15, 2022.
