Town Talks with the Mayor
Giving Tuesday – Celebrating Local Non-profits

 
November 30 is Giving Tuesday, the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, where we celebrate global generosity and the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. In this month's Town Talks installment, Danville Mayor Renee Morgan will talk with local non-profit organizations to hear their stories, find out who they help, and how the community can get involved.
 
Town Talks with Mayor Renee Morgan will be live-streamed at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021. Town Talks is a program held on the first Friday of each month via Zoom. Mayor Morgan invites guests to discuss a variety of topics of interest to Danville residents.
 
Joining the Mayor on December 3 will be Bryan Ware from Crayon Initiative, Lisa Pellegrini from Danville Children's Guild, Dr. Nitsa Dimitrakos from Discovery Counseling Center, Caitlin Sly from Meals on Wheels Diablo Region, and David Behring from The Wheelchair Foundation.
 
Community members are encouraged to join the discussion. Participants can ask questions using the chat feature or email questions ahead of time to towntalks@danville.ca.gov.
