The Danville Design Review Board encourages citizens to participate in meetings. Public participation will be facilitated in two ways: (1)You can have your comments read into the record by the Acting Clerk by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You must include your name and the agenda item number in the email; and (2) during the meeting through the Zoom chat feature. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.
