Town of Danville - Parks, Recreation & Arts Commission

The Danville Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2020.  The meeting will be teleconference only.? The meeting Agenda is now available to view online.

The Commission encourages citizens to participate in public meetings.  Public participation will be facilitated two ways: (1) via email to the Recreation, Arts and Community Services Administrative Assistant prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting; and (2) during the meeting through the zoom chat feature.  The 3-minute time limit applies in both cases.  An announcement will be made during the meeting when the chat feature is enabled, at which time those that are attending the zoom meeting can send messages that are viewable by the Commission and staff. Alternatively, you can have your comments read into the record by the Recreation, Arts and Community Services Administrative Assistant by sending an email to kmeidberg@danville.ca.gov prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.  The email must include your name and the agenda item number.
