[ARCHIVED] An Urgent Message from Costa Costa County

A77AB1E7-DE36-4519-A7E8-751C8E436C6C

**Storm Damage - Critical Information** If your private property or business was damaged during the recent winter storms, please complete the online Damage Survey Form created by Contra Costa County TODAY! The form is available for completion using this link - https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=SpDe8f18BkSyfgUlMVZzvYBFGVQqbUNAvgk1ZXhCmW9URU5aMTg2WVhLUlpKOFhaVTRONkk3UkZDRSQlQCN0PWcu. Now is not the time to wait. Members of the Cal OES/FEMA Recovery Team will be in our area on Sunday and Monday to survey the damage based on the submission of these forms by members of the public and our local businesses. This is why the damage survey form needs to be completed today. Their survey of private property damage will be based on what has been submitted using the above-mentioned Damage Survey Form. If you submit your form today, it does not mean you will automatically qualify for future assistance. Still, your submission of the damage survey form makes a big difference in whether or not Contra Costa County is included in the Federal Major Disaster Declaration. If our County is part of the Major Disaster Declaration, the availability of resources and assistance will be far greater. This is why these forms must be submitted as soon as possible!
