Town Talks with the Mayor
Honoring Danville’s Veterans

November is the month we thank and honor our veterans. In this month’s Town Talks installment, Danville Mayor Renee Morgan will talk with local Viet Nam veterans, a Gold Star Mom, and veteran organizations about current topics facing military personnel, veterans, and their families. Mayor Morgan will also discuss Danville’s National Purple Heart Designation presentation scheduled for November 11, 2021.

Town Talks with Mayor Renee Morgan will be live-streamed at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021. Town Talks is a program held on the first Friday of each month via Zoom. Mayor Morgan invites guests to discuss a variety of topics of interest to Danville residents.

Joining the Mayor on November 5 will be Veterans of Diablo Valley, Charles Earthman adjutant in the Santa Rosa Chapter 78 of the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Gold Star Mom Yolanda Vega, and Michael Conklin from Sentinels of Freedom.

Community members are encouraged to join the discussion. Participants can ask questions using the chat feature or email questions ahead of time to towntalks@danville.ca.gov.
