March 3, 2020 Election

A statewide Presidential Primary election will take place on March 3, 2020. Also on the ballot for Danville voters will be a Referendum Measure regarding Danville Ordinance No. 2019-06

Cast your ballot at your designated polling place or deliver your Vote By Mail ballot envelope in any USPS mail box.   

Look for the permanent ballot box coming to the Sycamore Park and Ride lot in mid-November!  Voters will have the convenience of dropping off their Vote By Mail ballot envelopes 24/7 during Election time.

REFERENDUM 

On March 3, 2020 a referendum against Ordinance No. 2019-06 will be on the ballot for Danville voters.

Deadline to file arguments for and against shall be December 18, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. 

  • Rebuttal Arguments (link coming soon)

Deadline to file rebuttal arguments shall be December 23, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. 

10 calendar day examination period to review the ballot arguments for and against and the impartial analysis is December 19, 2019 through December 28, 2019 

10 calendar day examination period for review of rebuttal arguments for and against and the impartial analysis is December 24, 2019 through January 2, 2020. 

The Town Offices are closed for the annual holiday furlough from December 25, 2019 through January 1, 2020. Offices will reopen on Thursday January 2, 2020.
