VolunTEENS: Do Cool Things That Matter Camp (12 to 14 Years)

Each year the Town of Danville facilitates a special program that allows 10 lucky teens to spend a week volunteering at local non-profits and making a difference in their community! They will learn why non-profits are important to the lives of so many. Each day will bring a new civic adventure, giving you the opportunity to learn first hand how each person can make a difference by doing cool things that matter. There will be a mandatory parent and participant meeting before camp starts; date TBA. Also, please be aware that due to high demand for this program, we ask that participants commit to attending every day. Register in February each year for this special camp at www.danville.ca.gov/recguide.
