Motorists in Danville are advised that on Saturday June 23, 2012, Prospect Avenue will be closed to traffic from Hartz Ave. to Front St. from 9:00 a.m. – 12: 00 p.m. for the dedication of the Fallen Hero Memorial. 

The ceremony is set to begin at 10:00 a.m.at the Veterans Memorial Building. Once the dedication is complete, those in attendance will be walking to the Danville Town Green, 400 Front St. for a reception.  Danville Police will temporarily halt traffic on Front St. while the group moves to the Town Green.
