As the holidays roll around, the Danville Community Center undergoes a transformation each year.  This year, the popular children's board game Candyland will come to life at the Community Center as part of this year's Elf Workshop.

On Saturday, December 10, 2011, children ages 3-11 are invited to attend the fun holiday event.

There will be two sessions on Dec. 10.  The first runs from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  and the second from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.   Currently the first session is full, but a waitlist has been established and residents are encouraged to get on the waitlist as often people's schedules will change and there will be cancellations.

Pre-registration is required.  Cost is $5.00 for residents, $6.00 for non-residents.  Register by calling (925) 314-3400 or going online to www.danvillerecguide.com.  In the Activity Guide, search for barcode 21194 for the 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. session or 21195 for the 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. session.
