Wednesday night, August 31 and Thursday night, September 1, Caltrans will realign northbound Interstate 680 lanes to the original configuration prior to construction. Various lanes will be closed between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Wednesday night lanes will be shifted to the right between Alcosta Boulevard and Bollinger Canyon Road. Between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. the Alcosta Boulevard on-ramp and the Bollinger Canyon Road off-ramp will also be closed as the striping crew works through the area.
Thursday night lanes will be shifted to the right between Crow Canyon Road and Sycamore Valley Road. There will be various ramp closures as the striping crew works through the area.
In addition, crews continue to pave northbound I-680 between Diablo Road and Rudgear Road and are working at many other locations on northbound and southbound I-680, between Alcosta Boulevard and Rudgear Road. Drivers are urged to use caution through the construction zone.
