VolunTEENS: Do Cool Things That Matter Camp

Each year the Town of Danville facilitates a special program that allows 10 lucky teens to spend a week volunteering at local non-profits and making a difference in their community! They will learn why non-profits are important to the lives of so many. Each day will bring a new civic adventure, giving you the opportunity to learn first hand how each person can make a difference by doing cool things that matter. There will be a mandatory parent and participant meeting before camp starts; date TBA. Also, please be aware that due to high demand for this program, we ask that participants commit to attending every day. This program has a cost of $189 (R) / $227 (NR) to offset the cost of transportation and other arrangements that are made. Please note there is also a $35.00 Lab Fee for this program due on the first day of camp directly to the instructor.
