Building counter hours are 7:30 a.m. until 12 noon only. Please submit construction documents and all building related paperwork during these hours.
Building permits are required for most construction projects.

Online services are available to allow you to apply for HVAC, water heater, roof and gas shut-off valve permits. You can also research and check the status of all permits online. NOTE: Building Permit information is available on permits applied for as of January 2000. For information on permits previous to this date, please contact Building Services.

Note: Plan Check Turn-around time is approximately 1-3 weeks to review an application requiring plan review submittals. A majority of minor permits may be issued over the counter depending on workload, demand and project complexity.
