    Danville has several facilities available that include meeting/assembly rooms, P.A. systems, various audio/visual equipment and screens. Whether you need a small meeting room for 20 people or a large one for 250, our facilities are well-equipped to handle your needs.

     

    Weddings

    The Town of Danville offers a variety of parks and facilities that accommodate both indoor and outdoor weddings. Our indoor facilities allow for 30-180 guests with table seating. Our beautiful parks are perfect for outdoor weddings with a larger guest list.

     

    Private Parties

    For special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries or graduations, Danville offers several indoor facilities complete with kitchens and restrooms. You can choose an intimate setting for 30 people or expand your guest list to 180 for a more lively celebration.

  • Facility Use Reservation Requirements

    • Facility Permit Reservations are confirmed after deposit or full payment is remitted and a computer generated facility permit reservation is received.
    • Facility use fees are assessed based on the information provided on the “Facility Use Application” submitted.
    • Additional fees may be assessed if at a later date changes consisting of add-ons, deletions, amenities, resources or other equipment are requested.
    • Facility Permit Reservations will not be confirmed over the phone.
    • A “Certificate of Liability Insurance” naming the Town of Danville as “Additional Insured” is required on all Facility Permit Reservations.
    • All fees and insurance requirements are due and payable 90 days prior to reservation.
