PG&E work underway in and around Crow Canyon Country Club
Residents around the area of Crow Canyon may be seeing some work crews over the month as Pacific Gas & Electric conducts work to replace the aging natural gas mainline in that area.
The work is expected to be performed in the Town right-of-way, as well as in the City of San Ramon and on the property of the Crow Canyon Country Club.
PG&E will be upgrading a portion of their natural gas distribution system serving Crow Canyon Country Club Estates Association on Rancho Verde Circle East, Rancho Verde Circle West, Silver Lake Drive, and St. George Road.
In Danville, upgrades will be performed on St. Norbert Drive between Greenbriar Court and Berkshire Court.
The work may affect traffic on El Capitan Drive near Silver Lake Drive during construction. Access to some driveways may be temporarily affected, although construction crews will provide access within a few minutes of a request. PG&E representatives will be providing advance notification.
Most of the pipelines that will be replaced are located under the streets, although a portion of the replacement work will take place on private property.
At the end of the project, PG&E will refinish roadways and work with property owners to restore landscaping.
Work is expected to last until late March 2014.
